As a part of my work on the GM Vehicle Purchase Programs, we extended our help to the larger GM group for this evlive site. The Chevy Bolt was added to the eligibility list for the GM Vehicle Purchase Programs, but only certain models were eligible for the National EV Tax Credit.

 

 I met with the stakeholder group to confirm the requirements, then my design parter and I mocked up the pages and worked with legal to determine the correct disclaimers and naming for the tax information which was subject to strict adherence.

 

This simple user experience I put together in partnership with my designer would live on GM's evlive site. Dealers could place custom QR codes on their vehicle sales stickers where shoppers would scan and reach the eligible or ineligible pages we built; however, with lots of people shopping online first, I suggested a VIN search which the development team was able to accomplish.
